Handy tools for DNS, SSL, email and HTTP

Small, focused utilities that answer one question well — and explain what the result means and how to fix it. No sign-up, no tracking beyond anonymous analytics.

All tools

DNS Lookup

Look up A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS and SOA records for any domain — with plain-English explanations of NXDOMAIN, SERVFAIL and other errors.

DNS
SSL Certificate Checker

Inspect a host's TLS certificate: expiry, issuer, SAN, chain and TLS version, plus the exact browser error codes when something is wrong.

TLS
Email Auth Checker

Validate SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and find out why legitimate email lands in spam — with the specific misconfiguration called out.

Email
Redirect Chain Checker

Follow every redirect hop (301, 302, 303, 307, 308), see each status code and Location, and find loops or chains that are too long.

HTTP
DNS Propagation Checker

Compare how a record resolves across public resolvers (Cloudflare, Google, Quad9…) and see the TTL and whether every cache agrees yet.

DNS
Domain Name Generator

Turn a keyword into dozens of brandable domain ideas with prefixes, suffixes and popular TLDs, plus practical tips for choosing a name.

Domains
Subdomain Checker

Check which common subdomains exist for a domain (www, mail, api, dev…), see what they resolve to, and learn about subdomain takeover.

Security
HTTP Header Checker

Inspect a URL's response headers and get a checklist of security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options) and caching headers.

Why these tools

Each tool here does one job and explains the result. That matters because a raw answer — an IP address, a certificate, a status code — is only useful if you know what it means and what to change. Every page pairs the interactive tool with a clear write-up: what the record or header does, the common errors you will meet, and the steps to fix them.

They are built for the everyday problems that are annoying to diagnose: a domain that will not resolve, a certificate that expired, mail that keeps going to spam, a redirect loop, a page that feels slow because of caching, or a subdomain that quietly points somewhere unexpected. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

How it works

The static pages are served from a small web server while the actual lookups and checks run on a separate backend reachable over an encrypted connection. Queries are rate-limited and answers are cached briefly so the tools stay responsive and do not overload public DNS and web servers. Requests that could point at private or internal addresses are refused.

Privacy

No account is needed and the tools do not store a history of what you look up. The only analytics are anonymous page views; nothing is shared or sold. Each tool's page notes exactly what it does with your input.
